Admission Requirements

To apply for admission to Shree Pema Chholing Ghyang Basic School, parents or guardians are requested to submit the following:

1. Completed admission form.
2. A copy of the student's birth certificate or official birth registration document.
3. Two recent passport-size photographs of the student.
4. Previous academic records or report cards (for students transferring from another school).
5. Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school, where applicable.
6. EMIS student transfer completed by the previous school to Shree Pema Chholing Ghyang Basic School (EMIS Code: 23029007) for transfer students.
7. A copy of the parent's or guardian's citizenship or other valid identification, if required.
8. Parents or guardians are encouraged to contact the school office if they need any assistance with the admission process or required documents.
