Our School Infrastructure and Assets

Shree Pema Chholing Ghyang Basic School has developed its infrastructure over the years through the dedication of the local community, support from partner organizations, donors, and government initiatives. Our facilities reflect the collective effort to provide a safe, supportive, and effective learning environment for our students.

The school currently provides the following facilities:

1. Classrooms for students from Early Childhood Development (ECD) to Grade 8
2. Smart board-supported teaching to make classroom learning more interactive and effective
3. CCTV security system to help maintain a safe and secure school environment
4. Electronic attendance system for teachers to support effective school management and regularity
5. Library and learning resources to encourage reading and self-learning
6. Computer and educational technology resources to support modern learning
7. Playground and spaces for sports and extracurricular activities
8. Office and administrative facilities
9. Clean drinking water and sanitation facilities
10. Hostel facilities for students who require residential support

The school continues to improve its infrastructure, technology, and learning resources according to the needs of students and teachers. Recent improvements, including the renovation of old school roofs with the support of Tsering’s Fund, have helped create a safer and more comfortable environment for teaching and learning.

Our infrastructure represents not only physical facilities but also the dedication, contribution, and shared vision of the Nakote community and its supporters to provide better educational opportunities for children.

Although the school has made significant progress over the years, there is still a need for further improvement in infrastructure, learning resources, and facilities to better serve our students.
