As i am an english teacher, I contribute by creating a positive and interactive learning environment where students feel confident using english.

Role:

I improve academic performance by planning engaging, learner-centered lessons that meet the needs of students with different abilities. 
In addition i believe every student can succed when they feel safe, respected and motivated. I create an inclusive classroom where students are encouraged to express their ideas without fear of making mistakes. 

 My goal is to help every student grow in knowledge, confidence and character so that they can become responsible and successful citizens
